Shipping & returns

Shipping is free on every order — no minimum. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and deliver within 6–10 days of ordering. You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

You may return your FlameMist within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (USB-C cable and manual).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the return.

If your diffuser arrives damaged or stops working out of the box, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice. Please include a photo of the issue to speed things up.

Want the other finish? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange between Matte Black and White, subject to availability.
