Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 6-10 days from the date of order, including processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak periods.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at salinfakir9@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If your address is outside our shipping zones, checkout will let you know before payment.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. We may charge for reshipment in that case.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or refund you in full. A photo of any damage helps us resolve it faster.
