Products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. The FlameMist produces a light-and-mist effect only: it contains no real flame and generates no heat. On-screen renderings of the LED colors are illustrative, and actual color varies with room lighting and your display.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Product use and safety

The FlameMist is intended for indoor household use. Place it on a stable, dry surface with adequate ventilation. Use only water and compatible aromatherapy oils as directed in the included user manual. Do not submerge the powered base. Unplug the unit before cleaning. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use that does not follow the included manual.

Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Pricing and availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
